Certain plants may have limited availability due to high demand or limited stock. We recommend placing your order promptly to secure the plants you desire, especially for popular or rare varieties. 

Availability may be influenced by growing conditions and factors beyond our control, such as weather, disease, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to maintain a consistent inventory, occasional fluctuations may occur.

In rare instances where a specific plant becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may substitute it with a closely related variety of equal or higher value. We will always strive to communicate any substitutions in advance and seek your approval. If product(s) become unavailable and no substitution(s) is available, a refund will be given. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
