Experience worry-free gardening with our outstanding warranty!
We stand behind the health of our perennials and the quality of our installation services. If any plant doesn’t thrive within the first 6 months, we’ll replace it. At Diggin it Nursery, we strive to provide not just exceptional plants but also peace of mind, allowing you to enjoy a flourishing and vibrant garden.

We ask that you please take the time to double check the product(s) you have selected carefully as we can't exchange or refund items that have been ordered incorrectly.  

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any product(s) are missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

 Eligibility for Replacement or Refund of perennials
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Requests for replacement or refund must be made within the warranty period.
  • To facilitate the warranty process, you must retain the original container / packaging and the perennial in question.
  • Clear pictures of the plant(s) must be submitted to help us assess the condition and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • Our warranty has no cash value and applies to a one-time replacement only. If the specific plant is unavailable, a suitable substitute will be offered.
  • We reserve the right to deny replacements or refunds if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund of Trees and Shrubs

Trees and shrubs are handled on a case-by-case basis. They often require additional care after planting. A site visit may be required before or during the warranty process to determine whether environmental conditions, site-specific factors, or other circumstances are affecting the tree's health. 

Exclusions

  • Extreme Weather Damage: Damage caused by severe weather events such as windstorms, ice storms or drought.
  • Snow Plowing: Damage resulting from snow plowing activities.
  • Neglect: Improper care or neglect of plants after installation. (site inspection maybe required to ensure proper planting technique) 
  • Sale Items: Plants, shrubs, or trees purchased at sale or special pricing.

 Planting Warranty:

We stand by the quality of our plants and the expertise of our installation services. That's why we offer a comprehensive 6 month warranty on all plants and trees we plant. Our warranty ensures your peace of mind, knowing that if your newly installed plants fail to thrive within 6 months, we'll replace them at no additional cost to you.

Extended Coverage:

After the initial six months, we also offer an extended partial coverage up to 1 year. During this time, if your plant or tree suffers failure, we will cover 50% of the replacement cost and replace it with no additional labour charge. The client will be responsible for paying the remaining 50% of the tree’s regular price. 

    We strive to fulfill replacements promptly, but factors such as availability and location may impact delivery times. Your patience is appreciated, and we assure you of our commitment to resolving any issues efficiently. 

    This refund and replacement policy may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our website.
